The purpose of the meeting is to develop a plan to request that Bishop Robert Cunningham halt and evaluate the current “Reconfiguration of Parishes” process and create – with the people of the Diocese – a new vision for our future.
Peter Borre is chair of the Boston based Council of Parishes, www.councilofparishes.org that has been successful in motivating and organizing the laity that resulted in significant change in the reconfiguration process in the Boston Archdiocese. He will share what worked and what didn’t in the Boston Archdiocese.
